How do I care for my wig?

To maintain the quality and longevity of your wig, we recommend using our After Care Gift Pack, which includes essential accessories for proper care. Regular maintenance, including gentle washing and storage, is crucial to preserving the wig's appearance and functionality.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that certain items, such as sale products and intimate apparel, are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, while express shipping can take 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier delays.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we currently ship to select countries outside of South Africa. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to international orders.

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos or videos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Can I exchange my wig?

Exchanges are only permitted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email for assistance.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

What if my package is lost or not delivered?

If your package has not arrived within 45 days, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue with the supplier. If confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or resend your order.
